Kushboo Mission Statement

At Kushboo, we believe soap is dignity—a basic human need that should be available to everyone. "We all feel better after a good wash, no matter who we are." That’s why, for every soap we sell, we donate another to various charities and food banks, helping vulnerable people take steps toward getting back on their feet.

Pay it forward

Supporting the vulnerable with soap donations has always been a core part of what we do at Kushboo.  During Covid, we extended this support to include NHS frontline staff, recognising their incredible dedication during those difficult times when handwashing was more important than ever. For every Kushboo purchase you make, we continue to donate a bar of soap. Now, we’ve made it even easier for you to get involved. Our Charities

Nightsafe

Nightsafe is a Lancashire-based charity that works with young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They provide accommodation, advice, and guidance, helping young people meet their immediate needs while empowering them to play a positive role in their community.

Donating a bar of soap may not change someone’s life, but we hope it can provide a small boost of confidence—a reminder that someone out there cares. With our aromatherapy blends, we hope to lift the spirits of a young person, helping them feel a little more empowered to take the next step forward.

Emmeline’s Pantry – Women’s Refuge

Emmeline’s Pantry is a Manchester-based charity run by women, for women in need. They help women and their families access essential resources, including food, toiletries, baby equipment, and clothing.

Ribble Valley Food Bank

Ribble Valley Foodbank provides emergency food and toiletries to local people in crisis. As part of The Trussell Trust’s network of 428 food banks, they work to tackle hunger and poverty across the UK.  

The local food banks and The Trussell Trust are also working on innovative ways to help people find their way out of crisis situations.
