Add 2–3 tablespoons to a warm foot bath.

Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.

Massage gently while soaking.

Rinse and dry.

Follow with moisturiser if needed.

Store sealed and dry.

I bought this product after it was recommended for my swollen feet due to flying & the hot weather. It’s amazing, just a couple of tbsps in some warm water soak for a good 20 mins then pat gently afterwards. My feet were tingling & the smell of this product is incredible. I’ve just bought some more & I’m also going to put in a pretty little bowl in my bathroom as the smell uplifts your senses too 💕💕
